Richie is currently part of the MGM Resorts International nightlife ecosystem as Director of Customer Development and Host Manager for Events & Nightlife — leading premium guest relationships at one of the world's most considered hospitality groups.

He also serves as Equity Partner and Vice President of Membership for Everhaus / Aerwell — a private health, lifestyle, and longevity club designed for high performers and families who prioritize vitality, connection, and long-term quality of life.
