Richie leads revenue strategy, go-to-market execution, strategic partnerships, membership growth, and commercial operations across the Highgarden portfolio — working alongside executive leadership to build scalable systems and align commercial strategy with long-term objectives.

Before Highgarden, he spent more than two decades with MGM Resorts International, leading customer development within some of Las Vegas' most recognized luxury hospitality and nightlife venues.
